Terms of service shipping

We are not liable for any items listed in the mail. If your items have been processed by us and shipped out by us we have done our part! We are not liable for any lost or damaged items in the mail. We are not liable for any items that taking longer than expected in the mail thus resulting in you not receiving them. You are bound by our terms of service when choosing to purchase from our store and we have clearly stated and pre warned our policy and terms. Any bank transaction charge backs will be met with supported documentation that we did our part by shipping out your items and are not liable for mail service issues. You have been provided a tracking number and have been instructed how to follow up with the mail carrier or you can file a claim with your tracking number with the mail carrier. 

All presale items take up to 10-20 business days to be processed and shipped out* Please note that the items that are labeled as presale are the ones with longer turn around time. It can be sooner but a presale item is not an item that is on hand so please keep that in mind whenever you are ordering.

We will no longer be issuing refunds for presale items due to the turn around time if it's within our stated time frame. It is within our policy that this is the time that it takes to receive the item. You can also see on product descriptions when an item is considered a presale. Please make sure you are reading the Description of the item you're ordering.
