Clothing Returns

All full-priced, unused, unwashed and unworn merchandise can be returned for store credit. The store credit that will be given is the amount paid for merchandise prior to shipping. Charlie Brae is not responsible for payment of return labels if you need to return an item for exchange. All items must be sent back within 10 days of receiving the item in order to receive a store credit. Once we receive your item and do a quality check you will be emailed a store credit code to enter at checkout for your exchange purchase.

No Return For Jewelry 

This includes earrings, necklaces, rings, anklets, and bracelets. We may offer a store credit depending on the case. Unfortunately, it is frequent in the retail industry where people will purchase something wear it and then return it. We definitely do recognize certain situations for where an item may have broken or if missing we are more than happy to work with you. 

At our company we prioritize the highest standards of hygiene and the personal nature of jewelry. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any jewelry. Once jewelry is worn, it is no longer eligible for return due to health and safety concerns, as our products come into direct contact with the skin.

We understand that purchasing jewelry is a personal experience, and we encourage our customers to carefully review product descriptions and sizing information before making a purchase. If you have any questions, please reach out to our customer support team before completing your order.

Store Liability Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Please read the following shipping and liability policy carefully before placing your order:

1. Shipping Process: Once your order is processed and shipped, we provide you with tracking information to monitor your package along the way. It is your responsibility to be available to receive your package in a timely manner.

2. Liability for Missing or Damaged Items: We are not responsible for any missing or damaged items that occur during the shipping process. Any issues related to the condition or delivery of your package should be taken up directly with the shipping carrier, either USPS or 17 Track, as we are not liable for any shipping-related issues once the package leaves our facility.

3. Refunds and Chargebacks: We do not offer refunds or accept chargebacks for missing or damaged items during shipping. All chargeback requests will be denied, and we will not be held liable for any chargeback claims. Any chargeback will be considered the responsibility of USPS or 17 Track, not our company.

4. Order Fulfillment: We fulfill and ship all orders promptly and accurately. Any discrepancies after the order has been shipped should be reported directly to the shipping provider.
